A: Sacred Souls Co. ™ offers a variety of spiritual tools, including digital downloads (printables) and handcrafted or print-on-demand physical goods such as candles, journals, and clothing. Each product description will clearly state whether the item is digital or physical.

Q: Can I use your free printables or templates for resale?
A: No. All Sacred Souls Co. ™ designs—including freebies—are for personal use only. Redistribution or resale of any material is prohibited.

Q: Do you offer custom or personalized products?
A: At this time, we do not offer customizations. However, we’re always adding new designs inspired by the Sacred Souls community, so feel free to share what you'd love to see next!

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Digital products are available for immediate download after purchase. Physical items are shipped via our print partners or in-house studio and typically arrive within 5–12 business days, depending on your location.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, Sacred Souls ships only within the United States. We’re working on expanding our availability—stay tuned!

Shipping Rates (U.S.):

Orders under $50 – $6.99 flat rate
Orders between $50–$74.99 – $8.99 flat rate
Orders $75+ – Free shipping!You’ll receive tracking numbers for each shipment.

A: First, ensure your device can open PDF or ZIP files. If you're still having issues, please contact us, and we'll happily resend or assist you.

Q: Why does my invoice or receipt say “Ashley Carl”?
A: Ashley Carl is the legal name behind Sacred Souls Co. ™. You may see this name on receipts, payment confirmations, or official business documentation. Rest assured, all products, services, and content still come from the same heart-centered creator—whether you see “Lady Grae” or “Ashley Carl.”
