At Sacred Souls, each item is created with care—made to order just for you.

Because our products are printed and fulfilled on demand, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or accidental selections.

However, we absolutely want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or not what you ordered

Please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Email us at 4sacredsouls.shop@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review and make it right—either with a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

Clothing ordered in the wrong size (please refer to our sizing guide before purchase).

Candles, journals, or apparel returned without damage or defect.

Custom-made or personalized items.

Most Sacred Souls Co.™ products are fulfilled through Printful and Printify (except jewelry and downloadable resources), our trusted partners in print-on-demand, and shipped directly to you from their facilities. The book Daily Devotions of a Wild Soul is fulfilled through Amazon.
